Responsibilities Review the chain of custody forms to identify correctable errors and transcribe information into the system.
Log data directly from COC forms and internal data forms into LIMS.
Enter laboratory test results and verify consistency with custody and control information.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e‑mail, providing support as needed.
Assist with accounts receivable/payable details and reconciliation.
Accept packages, including samples and supplies.
Follow and comply with all company standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to tasks and duties.
Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications Ability to work in a high‑paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a self‑starter attitude.
Strong initiative, organizational ability, and prioritization skills.
Adaptability to new and changing situations and priorities.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Excellent attention to detail.
Previous administrative experience is an asset.
Additional Requirements Must be able to work rotating shifts; shift and overtime premiums provided.
Travel between campus buildings may be necessary.
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
Laboratory environment involves standing at a bench or sitting at a computer for significant periods.

Monday to Friday, 7:30–16:00
Location:
Onsite (office)
Lab operates a 24/5 plant; extra hours and weekends may be required.
