The Newly Institute is seeking a Medical Office Administrator to enhance client experiences at our Edmonton clinic. In this role, you'll manage appointments, assist with billing, and ensure smooth communication with clients and teams. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of transforming the mental health industry through high-quality care and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to client inquiries
• Book and manage client appointments and virtual sessions
• Develop and update client payment plans and billing procedures
• Maintain up-to-date client files in EMR systems
• Prepare and distribute essential clinical documents
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in office or clinic administration
• Strong customer service skills and experience is required
• Familiarity with WCB billing or mental health services is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
• High school diploma, post-secondary education is an asset
