Join RJC Engineers as a Governance Coordinator, pivotal for Board administration in Edmonton. This role emphasizes meeting support, detailed minute management, and effective communication.
You will report to an Executive Principal while providing essential support to the Board Chair and Executive Leadership. Your responsibilities include organizing Board meetings, managing Board materials, and ensuring accurate minute-taking. You will thrive in a collaborative environment that values integrity and proactive contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize logistics for Board meetings and committee sessions
• Record and distribute accurate meeting minutes
• Maintain the Governance Manual and annual work plans
• Facilitate communication between Board members and executive teams
• Assist the Executive Assistant on various tasks
Requirements:
• 1-4 years of relevant administrative experience
• Experience with governance processes for boards
• Educational background in Business or Public Administration preferred
• Strong focus on organization and detail management
• Ability to work under pressure across time zones
