In this role, you will interact directly with test takers, ensuring their identification is verified and supporting them throughout their exams. Knowledge of test center policies is crucial for upholding integrity and addressing any concerns swiftly. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment that values precision and candidate satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify candidate identification upon arrival
• Prepare and manage candidate scorecards
• Monitor exam sessions closely for compliance
• Address candidate issues promptly and professionally
• Protect all software and equipment in the center
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; college experience preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years in customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Physically capable of lifting 40 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
