Audi Edmonton North is looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while keeping our showroom running smoothly.
You’ll take pride in delivering an exceptional experience to every guest by creating a warm and professional atmosphere, supporting daily dealership operations, and ensuring each visitor feels welcomed, valued, and well cared for. Every interaction will reflect our commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a premium dealership experience.
Schedule
:
This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. The regularly scheduled hours will be Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and Fridays 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
This role reports to the Office Manager of the dealership.

Responsibilities- Greet all visitors entering the showroom, promptly answer inquiries, and introduce visitors to their host
- Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls on a multiline phone system
- Welcome and serve customers in the lounge areas
- Maintain a tidy work space and stocked customer lounge (coffee station, kids station)
- Handle and process payments from customers
- Stock in vehicles, and assist the Sales Dept with vehicle inventory control
- Book service appointments in the software system
- Distribute incoming mail
- Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information
- Participate in maintaining a supportive and fun working environment
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered an asset
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset, including experience with CDK or One‑Eighty software
- Previous experience operating a multiline phone system is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer‑service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Good data entry skills, with strong accuracy
- Detail‑oriented, with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with others
