In this full-time permanent position, you will support registration processes by reviewing application documentation, issuing practice permits, and assisting applicants. Your communication skills will be essential as you interpret and convey relevant healthcare legislation. The position also allows for contributions to policy updates and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve registration application documentation
• Support applicants and registrants, providing professional assistance
• Collaborate in policy and procedure updates during team projects
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards
• Prepare consistent statistical data for reporting
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized post-secondary program
• Minimum of two years in administration or customer service
• Experience in a regulatory environment is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office and database management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
