Become a vital part of the University of Alberta, serving as an Assessment Administrator. This role involves in-person support in delivering assessments for the MD program.
The position is centered on providing administrative assistance under the guidance of assessment specialists and the assistant dean. You will coordinate the planning, construction, and invigilation of various assessments, hitting deadlines with precision. Your contributions are crucial, managing over 400 assessments yearly and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of MD program assessments
• Manage pre-clerkship and clerkship assessment operations
• Administer and maintain multiple assessment platforms
• Oversee logistics for in-person examinations and TBL
• Collaborate with faculty and staff for exam logistics
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Education required
• Minimum of 5 years administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
• Ability to work independently under tight timelines
• Adaptability to new technologies and software
