The Court and Justice Services (CJS) Division provides a wide range of resolution and court services for people involved in legal disputes. In collaboration with the courts of Alberta, Court and Justice Services provide various programs and services including educating and helping Albertans finding solutions for legal issues, navigating the court system, offering programs at no cost or a nominal charge, and administrative support to all courts in Alberta.

As a  Resolution Services Program Support , you will assist the daily operations of the Resolution Services Programs to ensure their effective delivery while serving as a frontline representative of Alberta Justice.
You will play a key role in the following:
Answering general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and clients in person, by telephone, and through written correspondence regarding Resolution Services programs and related policies and procedures.
Scheduling Resolution Services matters and program services in coordination with service users, staff, and external service providers while considering available infrastructure, and resources, including managing reschedules and cancellations.
Completing administrative duties, including preparing and filing documents and correspondence on behalf of Resolution Services programs to facilitate court procedures and act as a liaison with program stakeholders.
Recording and tracking case file information, including outcome data, in an organized and accessible manner to ensure program information and statistics are easily accessed.

Qualifications    Requirements:  High school diploma and three (3) years of related experience in the legal field, office administration, and/or customer service in a formal setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience as described below.
Equivalency:  Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of:
1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or
1 year of experience for 1 year of education.
