The Opportunity Leavitt Machinery is looking for a customer service-oriented Branch Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta . As the Branch Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting and supporting branch visitors, dispatching activities and assisting employees with various administrative tasks.
As the Branch Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing branch reception duties, including collecting information, and directing walk-in visitors at the branch
Coordinating shipments and interoffice mail
Collaborating with the Parts department to ensure parts accuracy for service jobs
Tracking invoices and following up with vendors on outstanding payments
Dispatching with the coordination of service jobs for Technicians
Entering and updating customer and equipment information in the ERP
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and branch marketing items
Completing expense reports and providing administrative support for all departments including Sales, Rentals, Parts, and Service
Acting as a safety captain for the branch, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to while maintaining up-to-date safety records
Supporting branch culture, social activities and community initiatives
Required
Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
Two years of previous administrative or coordination experience
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, planning skills, and multitasking ability
Polished interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels
Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
Confident self-starter and team player

The base pay range for this role is: $47,600 to $53,599 per year, depending on experience.
This is an onsite role based in Edmonton, Alberta .
