BDO Canada is seeking an Administrative Professional to support the Executive team by owning the below job responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
General administrative duties include, but are not limited to:
Typing and preparing various communications and documentation and managing document storageCoordinating internal meetings, including set-up and cateringAssisting with invoices, including data entry and completing risk checksSupporting workflow systems, including tracking and reportingSubmitting Accounts Payable invoices for paymentCreating Accounts Receivable deposits and performing client reconciliationsProviding administrative support to multiple Administrative Professionals and team membersInteracting with clients to support information requests and follow-upsPerforming other duties as assignedHow do we define success for your role?

You have 1+ years of working experience in an administrative or similar roleYou have an Office Administration diploma or other relevant education an assetPrior working experience at a professional services firm an assetYou have good knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and can learn new digital tools quicklyYou have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasksYou are able to work quickly and take on more responsibilities over timeYou have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential informationYou have strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills both written and oralYou value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed workYou have excellent written and oral communication
