This is a temporary full-time position requiring strong administrative skills. Reporting to the AP Clinical Supervisor, you will manage multiple priorities with precision and confidentiality. Key responsibilities include processing consults, maintaining departmental records, and aiding quality assurance efforts to promote efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and process consults
• Coordinate documentation for send-out activities
• Maintain departmental records through effective data entry
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and necessary documentation
• Assist with tracking and distribution of case assembly
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion or equivalent
• Recent experience as a medical Administrative Assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs
• Familiarity with Connect Care system
• Completion of a medical terminology course
Support clinical teams with your organizational skills and detailed administrative support.
