Enhance the well-being of residents at Age Care as a Shift Scheduler. This role focuses on effective scheduling and operations to ensure continuous service improvements in long-term care facilities.
The Scheduler plays a crucial role at Age Care, ensuring all shifts are covered and efficiently managed. You will handle staff attendance, oversee vacant shift assignments, and maintain open communication with site management. Your contribution will help create a supportive environment for both staff and residents alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all shifts are filled according to business needs
• Manage time and attendance records effectively
• Prepare daily assignment sheets for operational efficiency
• Liaise with administrative staff and unit clerks
• Accurately input relief staff information in the system
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required; office management diploma preferred
• Minimum 2 years in similar scheduling roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office programs
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to uphold confidentiality in records
