Position: Program Administration Coordinator Role
Support stewardship efforts as a Program Administration Coordinator focusing on claims verification and data analysis. Ensure program compliance while maintaining organized communications with stakeholders.
This role requires you to provide pivotal administrative services to the stewardship programs. Responsibilities include verifying claims for funding, assessing processors, and producing analytical reports. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and resolve documentation issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure thorough review of processor incentive claims

• Communicate ongoing program updates with processors

• Enter relevant data into central systems accurately

• Maintain and organize electronic records efficiently

• Support team with cross-training and backup tasks
Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration is preferred

• At least one year in an administrative or similar role

• Proficient in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks confidently
