Position: Coordinator II for IT Facility Projects

As a Project Coordinator II reporting to the Manager – North Region, you'll be integral in managing several small-to-medium IT Facility projects. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating schedules, facilitating meetings, and ensuring all project requirements are met. A strong foundation in IT or Project Management prepares you for success in this comprehensive position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project task coordination within timelines

• Liaise with vendors and external partners

• Document action items and user feedback

• Assist in maintaining project schedules and resources

• Create and update project documentation in Share Point

Requirements:

• Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma required

• Experience in the IT sector or project management preferred

• Construction knowledge is beneficial

• Must be available for onsite project attendance

• Satisfactory background checks required
