Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Maintain accurate documentation and communication

• Manage inventory and supplies for unit workflow

• Assist with scheduling and timekeeping functions

• Serve as Downtime Captain during system outages

Requirements:

• Certificate from a recognized unit clerk program

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an acute care setting

• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems

• Knowledge of Connect Care and Netcare

• Preferred experience in labor and delivery settings
