In this role, you will assist the Director of Labour Force Policy and Strategy with developing labor market policies. Strong research, analysis, and communication skills are essential as you support the Labour Market Transfer Agreement system planning. Engage with multiple stakeholders to facilitate effective project outcomes and help drive Alberta's economic diversifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support LMTA planning across ministries
• Provide research for grant assessment frameworks
• Analyze data to assist policy document preparation
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards
Requirements:
• University degree in Public Administration or related field
• Strong research and analytical capabilities
• Excellent written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Office tools, including Word and Excel
