Salary: $3,148.20 to $4,126.82 bi‑weekly ($82,168 - $107,710 per year)
Role Responsibilities
Conduct infrastructure demand analysis and forecasting for mental health and addiction facilities using statistical and predictive modelling techniques.
Develop construction program evaluation frameworks and methodologies for mental health and addiction facilities.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and support evidence‑based decision making.
Prepare clear, concise reports, briefings, and presentations to communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather data, validate findings, and ensure alignment with policy and strategic objectives.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance program performance, outcomes, and reporting processes.
Ensure adherence to government standards, policies, and best practices in evaluation, data management, and reporting.

Qualifications
University graduation in Engineering, Computing Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience related to the role.
Experience designing and conducting capital construction program evaluations, research studies, or performance measurement initiatives.
Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data using appropriate methodologies to generate insights and recommendations.
Experience preparing written reports, briefing materials, or presentations for decision‑makers.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather information, validate findings, and support program or policy development.
Experience delivering/planning civil infrastructure projects.
Experience developing performance measurement frameworks, indicators, or dashboards.
Experience using advanced data analysis tools or software such as statistical or data visualization tools.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and GIS.
Knowledge of evaluation frameworks, methodologies, or best practices in program and policy evaluation.
Experience working within government or the public sector, particularly in health, mental health, or social services.
