The Project Procurement Officer is instrumental in managing procurement for services and construction projects. You will lead procurement processes, prepare contracts, and ensure compliance with established policies. This position involves working closely with ministry units to support fair contracting practices and achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assigned procurement projects for external resources
• Conduct fair evaluations during procurement processes
• Prepare detailed contract documents for projects
• Provide advisory services for consistent procurement practices
• Collaborate with the Manager to meet operational objectives
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant fields plus 2 years experience
• Understanding of procurement standards and policies
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence required
