Leavitt Machinery is seeking a dedicated Rental Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Edmonton. In this role, you will handle both internal and external rental requests while ensuring close collaboration with sales and service teams. Your contributions will be vital in managing contracts, monitoring billing, and improving customer relationships within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage rental requests and equipment coordination
• Collaborate with service employees to prioritize shop items
• Work with sales to capture leads and optimize fleet usage
• Administer contracts and oversee billing processes
• Support key accounts and foster new customer relationships
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or related field
• 3-5 years in sales or customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with Microsoft CRM is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
