Volunteer Project Development Advisor

Join Cuso International’s mission as a Volunteer Project Development Advisor located in Lima, Peru. This position runs for 5 months and emphasizes collaboration with Canadian companies and local partners.
In this role, you will identify project opportunities and assist in developing proposals that align with community needs and the Canadian private sector. It is essential to focus on inclusive development and support for underserved groups. By leveraging your background, you help foster sustainable practices and strengthen partnerships for social and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop collaborative strategies with Canadian companies

• Provide skills training for local stakeholders

• Create proposals for funding rural enterprises

• Work with Cuso’s Programs team on ground initiatives

• Fulfill additional office tasks as required
Requirements:

• Degree in Project Management, Business, or similar

• Background in NGOs or international organizations

• Experience in social diagnostics and training

• Ability to engage with diverse communities

• Strong organizational skills and task prioritization
