Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence, you will play a key role in continuous improvement projects, leveraging your analytical mindset and 2+ years of operations management experience. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will develop solutions that address core process challenges and support effective implementation of changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion the vision of operational excellence
• Execute data-driven decision-making using large datasets
• Support development of change management plans
• Create visual management tools and work instructions
• Provide updates on project status in the OpEx Roadmap
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
• 2+ years in operations or related fields
• Familiarity with Lean and process mapping
• Skills in data visualization and basic coding
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
