The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Street Sales team. This position helps drive account growth and profitability by undertaking administrative job duties as it pertains to the Street Sales department.
Schedule Hybrid (4 Days in office, 1 day WFH) | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 4:30 PM (MST) Please note this is a 12-Month contract position.
Essential Functions Assist the Sales Team with new business proposals, business reviews, price quotes, and onboarding new customers.
Run velocities and pertinent reports for District Sales Managers, District Sales Representatives, and Inside Support Representatives.
Collaborates with other departments to meet all customer needs, internal reporting and customer record keeping.
Provide customer impact reporting. Provide reporting for business reviews.
Assisting with the planning and execution of sales related event.
Providing travel support for the sales team.
Ordering supplies as needed.
Additional Ad hoc administrative requests as required.

Industry and product knowledge is an asset.
Education Minimum Grade 12 with High School Diploma
Post-secondary education in Business or Sales
Previous food service industry experience preferred.
