Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute refinery performance improvement plans
• Analyze energy efficiency and hydrocarbon loss control measures
• Conduct process observations and develop dashboards
• Collaborate with client teams to drive operational excellence
• Travel regularly to refinery sites for project execution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master's in Chemical Engineering or relevant field
• 3-25 years of relevant industry experience
• Advanced skills in data analysis and Excel
• Experience with performance improvement methodologies
• Ability to assess and improve operational processes
