Elevate bakery operations as a Regional Operations Specialist with our team in Edmonton, AB. Provide crucial in-bakery support and training to enhance sales and operational standards.

As a Regional Operations Specialist, you'll report directly to the Regional Operations Manager, Prairies.

Your role will involve conducting bakery assessments, delivering on-site training, and implementing local marketing initiatives to drive sales and profit improvements. You will also ensure adherence to franchise standards while fostering positive relationships in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular bakery visits to assess compliance

• Provide training and operational support for sales improvement

• Implement local marketing initiatives for franchisees

• Conduct production reviews and ensure recipe compliance

• Monitor bakery standards and implement necessary changes

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in operations or franchise retail

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service

• Baking experience is mandatory

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
