Lead multiple process improvement projects using structured problem-solving and Lean methodologies to improve operational performanceConduct structured assessments of business problems and opportunities, including defining problem statements, analyzing current state performance, and evaluating improvement potential to inform recommendations and ownershipCollaborate with a broad stakeholder group across operations, supply chain, and support functions to identify improvement opportunities, align on priorities, and define project scopePartner closely with Process Improvement Analysts to leverage data, analytics, and reporting to support problem diagnosis, quantify opportunities, and track project performanceAnalyze operational data to diagnose issues, quantify opportunities, and track performance against targetsFacilitate workshops, working sessions, and project meetings to drive alignment and progressDevelop and maintain process maps, standard work, and performance measures to support sustainment of improvementsIdentify and manage risks, issues, and barriers to successful project deliveryCollaborate with IT to support system related improvements and ensure alignment between process and technologyDevelop project plans and roadmaps, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and meet defined objectivesCommunicate progress, findings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and Senior ManagersQualifications
Post secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related field2-plus years of experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or project management rolesAbility to work effectively in ambiguous environments, where problems are not well defined and solutions require exploration, structure, and iterationAbility to influence without direct authority and work effectively in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data to inform decisionsStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience using PowerBI to analyze data and support reporting and insightsWorking knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologiesProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Power Point Note:
This position is a Monday to Friday role based out of our OEM Remanufacturing facility
