In this crucial position, you will collaborate with Service Leaders to enhance scheduling processes and monitor resource utilization. Leveraging data analysis, you will identify trends to balance workloads and align staff with client needs, ensuring successful outcomes across engagements.

You’ll also facilitate scheduling meetings and drive implementation of firm‑wide programs.

• Collaborate with leaders for successful scheduling processes
• Analyze utilization data to optimize staffing
• Facilitate scheduling and rescheduling efforts
• Administer onboarding for new hires in scheduling
• Maintain effective communication with internal clients

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience
• Experience in resource management in professional services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with workforce allocation tools is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
