Key Responsibilities- Open doors with HR leaders and business owners

- Oversee relationships from first meeting through renewal
- Work with carriers and colleagues to finalize deals
- Minimum 3 years in employee benefits or group insurance
- Required Life & A&S license; CEBS or GBA designation preferred
- Solid resilience against rejection
