Join Westburne as a Project Coordinator in Edmonton, managing critical aspects of project administration to enhance operational capabilities. You will support both the Project Manager and various stakeholders effectively.
This role requires you to maintain a high level of organization while coordinating day-to-day project activities. You will manage customer orders, track purchase orders, and communicate effectively between vendors and the sales team. Your support will be key in driving project success and maintaining positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations for assigned projects
• Maintain customer orders using project management systems
• Track purchase orders and expedite communications
• Process and reconcile billings against customer orders
• Interface between management, vendors, and customers
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years project coordination experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain positive relationships in a dynamic environment
• Capacity for timely issue resolution under pressure
• Enthusiasm for enhancing brand recognition
