Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager, Payments Growth: responsible for growing adoption and usage of Jobber Payments across the full customer journey—from discovery and enablement to activation and retention. The role blends strategy, data‑driven experimentation, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes.

• Own the growth strategy and roadmap for Jobber Payments, accountable for discovery, enablement, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities across the funnel—from awareness and signup to onboarding, first use, repeat usage, and long‑term retention.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Data to run experiments and ship improvements that reduce friction, improve conversion, and increase adoption.
• Clarify the value of Jobber Payments throughout the customer journey, especially during activation and first payment moments.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to understand customer behavior and inform product decisions.
• Partner with Risk, Payments Operations, Marketing, Sales, and GTM to build scalable, compliant, and effective growth paths.
• Balance short‑term experimentation with long‑term strategy to drive durable growth and stronger customer outcomes.

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager owning a customer‑facing product with business accountability and a record of driving measurable results.
• Experience with growth, onboarding, monetization, or funnel optimization in fintech, payments, SaaS, or platform businesses.
• Strong product sense and analytical rigor; adept at using data to identify opportunities, size impact, evaluate results, and convert insights into strategy.
• Hands‑on experience running experiments, learning quickly, and iterating to improve outcomes.
• Resourceful mindset, ability to make progress in ambiguous spaces, and focus on what matters most.
• Skill in connecting customer problems to business outcomes and articulating clear product strategy and prioritization.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around goals, trade‑offs, and outcomes.
• Comfort operating in a high‑visibility area where customer experience, revenue, operational realities, and technical constraints all matter.

• Experience in payments, fintech, billing, checkout, invoicing, or related financial workflows.
• Experience in vertical SaaS or serving small businesses.

The role is open to candidates based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener‑Waterloo. Hybrid or in‑office collaboration is expected.

Base salary range: $145,900 – $197,400 annually, depending on experience and skill. The total package also includes equity, annual health and wellness stipends, retirement savings matching, and an extended health benefits plan with fully paid premiums.
