Key Responsibilities- Lead negotiations for joint venture commercial agreements
- Build robust relationships with external capital providers
- Prepare and deliver operational reports and budgets
- Monitor commercial performance of jointly held assets
- Ensure alignment with corporate development processes
- Undergraduate degree in Business or related field
- 12+ years in commercial or business development experience
- Solid knowledge of power markets and regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in negotiating commercial agreements and raising capital
