The Proposal Specialist is an essential member of the Strategic Growth & Proposals team, working to coordinate and submit Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and finalist presentations. Aiming for high-quality submissions, this role requires robust communication skills and the ability to organize complex content from various stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Develop proposal strategies aligned with client needs
- Coordinate end-to-end proposal processes
- Draft and edit tailored proposals and responses
- Maintain proposal content libraries for efficiency
- Manage schedules and facilitate internal meetings
- 2–4 years in proposal coordination or business development
- Solid writing and editing skills required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in project management a plus
