You will engage with primes, OEMs, and various industry stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of PWM's engineering capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop account strategies for target customers and partners
• Identify and qualify new growth opportunities
• Cultivate relationships with procurement and engineering leaders
• Collaborate with capture teams to convert opportunities
• Represent PWM at industry events and customer meetings
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in business development or account management
• Proven track record in technical B2B markets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with consultative selling approaches
• Willingness to travel for business engagements
