In this full-time role, you will work closely with the VP of Quality & Compliance to maintain and administer liquor and cannabis retail licenses. Your responsibilities include coordinating new store applications, tracking license statuses, and liaising with regulatory authorities. You will provide guidance to internal teams on compliance and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer liquor and cannabis retail licenses across jurisdictions
• Prepare and submit applications for new stores
• Track and manage license renewals and amendments
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with regulatory authorities for license inquiries
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in administrative or coordination roles
• Post-secondary education in business or legal studies
• Familiarity with regulated industries is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tracking systems
Support SNDL's licensing processes and contribute to compliance in a fast-paced environment.
