Join SERVPRO® as the Business Development Director focusing on the Canadian market. This leadership role drives revenue and strengthens brand partnerships within the insurance sector.
As a Business Development Director, you will spearhead initiatives that enhance SERVPRO®'s presence across Canada, cultivating robust relationships with insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders. This position is anchored in significant strategic account management and requires an expert understanding of the insurance industry and franchise operations. Your leadership will ensure effective execution of marketing strategies and promote brand stewardship throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead national and regional insurance-focused business strategies
• Conduct structured reviews with key accounts
• Engage in national sponsor ships and trade shows
• Maintain CRM records and account intelligence
• Report on business development performance metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum 10+ years in business development or strategic sales
• Deep knowledge of the Canadian insurance environment
• Experience in multi-unit business models preferred
• Strong persuasive communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields
