Responsibilities- Co-ordinate administrative services
- Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services
- Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Manage events
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery
- Supervision of 11-15 people to 16-20 people
- Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Windows, Internet
- Transportation/travel information & own transportation
