Key Responsibilities:

• Extract data for regular and ad hoc reporting

• Review and analyze performance measures for trends

• Overlay performance results with industry indicators

• Prepare reports for management and external partners

• Conduct industry research for strategic insights

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business or economics

• 5–7 years in performance management or data management

• Strong analytical skills for quantitative and qualitative data

• Knowledge of performance management systems

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
