Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Enterprise Transformation, you will enhance the enterprise prioritization framework while ensuring it aligns with Medavie's objectives. This position demands strong analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations through a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and improve the prioritization framework across the organization

• Analyze and present insights to senior leaders effectively

• Maintain visibility of initiatives, risks, and resource demands

• Partner with cross-functional teams in assessing initiative value

• Drive consistency in governance processes and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field

• 5+ years in enterprise transformation or portfolio management

• Experience with senior executives on governance activities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Certification in PMP or Lean Six Sigma is an asset
