Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize Zuora Billing and product catalog management

• Manage Salesforce–Zuora integration for accurate data flow

• Improve billing operations through automation and process enhancements

• Collaborate with Finance for billing accuracy and forecasting

• Analyze billing data to identify trends and operational improvements

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing

• Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem with CPQ exposure

• Strong grasp of SaaS subscription billing concepts

• Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
