Client Relationship Managing Consultant

As a Managing Consultant, you will be instrumental in retaining and growing relationships with our group benefits clients in Edmonton. You’ll set strategic consulting plans, analyze proposals, and deliver insights to improve client experiences. Collaborating with analysts and underwriters, you will support renewals and provide recommendations on optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic consulting plans for clients
• Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities
• Review client files for claims experience
• Prepare and present market specifications
• Facilitate presentations and recommend optimal options
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration
• 3-5 years in group benefits client-facing roles
• Understanding of funding arrangements in benefits
• Life license (LLQP) required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-channel technology
Support group benefits clients while driving value through innovative solutions and strong expertise.
