Are you interested in using data to support business strategy, improve the customer experience, and help a national automotive business make better decisions?

Stellantis Canada is looking for a Strategy & Business Analytics Co‑op Student – Customer Programs to support the Aftersales business. This role will work closely with the Warranty, Service Contracts, Customer Experience, and Dealer Support teams to help analyze performance, identify trends, and support key business initiatives.

This team plays an important role in the customer ownership experience after a vehicle is sold. It helps support warranty processes, customer protection programs, dealer performance, cost management, and business growth across brands including Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo.

Internally, some of these customer protection programs are known as Mopar Vehicle Protection, or MVP. These programs help provide customers with added confidence and support beyond the original vehicle purchase.

This is a great opportunity for a student who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, building reports, and turning information into clear insights that support real business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing warranty, service contract, dealer, customer, and financial performance data
  • Supporting reporting and dashboards that track key business trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps
  • Helping identify opportunities to improve customer experience, dealer performance, cost management, and customer program growth
  • Supporting analysis of customer protection programs, known internally as Mopar Vehicle Protection, or MVP
  • Monitoring warranty claim activity, dealer behaviour, and cost trends to help support fair and consistent business practices
  • Supporting data validation and reconciliation between new reporting models and legacy reporting sources, including Snowflake data, historical mainframe reports, and Power BI reporting where applicable
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations, business reviews, and supporting materials for leadership discussions
  • Supporting updates to warranty, customer program, and service contract materials, including bilingual publications where required
  • Responding to data requests and reporting inquiries from internal stakeholders
  • Working with cross‑functional teams, including Warranty, Customer Experience, Field Operations, Finance, Sales, Service Contracts, and Dealer Support
  • Helping simplify complex data into clear insights, charts, and recommendations
  • Supporting process improvement projects that help the business operate more efficiently
  • Participating in internal meetings and contributing to ongoing business and analytics discussions
What You’ll Gain

As a co‑op student, you will gain hands‑on experience in a business area that directly impacts customers, dealers, and company performance.

You will have the opportunity to
  • Work with real customer, warranty, dealer, financial, and business performance data
  • Learn how a national automotive company supports customers after the vehicle sale
  • Build practical experience in Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, dashboards, and business analytics
  • Gain exposure to Power BI reporting, Snowflake data models, and historical reporting tools used in a large business environment
  • Support projects connected to customer experience, dealer performance, cost improvement, and business growth
  • Gain exposure to leadership reporting and cross‑functional decision‑making
  • Learn how customer programs, warranty support, and service contracts contribute to customer loyalty and dealer success
  • Develop skills relevant to careers in business analytics, finance, operations, customer experience, consulting, automotive, and business strategy
Why This Role Matters

Customer Programs are a critical part of the Stellantis Canada Aftersales business. These programs help customers feel supported after they purchase a vehicle, help dealers deliver a stronger ownership experience, and help the business manage performance through better data and insights.

The Strategy & Business Analytics Co‑op will help improve visibility to performance, identify opportunities faster, and support stronger decision‑making…
