Position: Business Strategist with BLA
Drive business success as a Business Strategist with Business Link Alberta, operating in a hybrid setting to offer personalized support to entrepreneurs across Alberta. Help navigate their business journey effectively.

As a key member of the Client Service team, you will deliver practical, tailored advice significantly impacting Alberta’s entrepreneurial landscape. You will assess client needs and empower their decision-making, all while enhancing relationships with local organizations and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate tailored support services for small business owners

• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and provide actionable guidance

• Deliver engaging webinars and workshops

• Capture insights to guide service improvement

• Build connections with partners and community organizations

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or equivalent experience (2 years minimum)

• Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Strong understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem

• Adaptability in a fast-paced client-focused setting

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License appreciated
