In this senior role, you will work closely with customers to optimize their fleet operations and overcome unique challenges. Your responsibilities will include crafting success plans, conducting workshops, and orchestrating executive reviews. Your ability to build relationships and your problem-solving skills will be essential in achieving shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customers enhance operations with our IoT platform
• Develop joint success plans outlining objectives and metrics
• Conduct executive business reviews to align on goals
• Lead workshops to recommend workflow improvements
• Mentor Customer Success and Support teams
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in Customer Success or related roles
• Experience with SaaS and technical products
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
