In this full-time temporary role, the Strategic Planning Advisor connects strategy to operations, reporting to the Program Manager in the Strategy and Innovation Branch. You will support business planning, trends research, and help Bureau leadership achieve strategic objectives. Your analytical mindset will facilitate successful project delivery and encourage collaboration among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops and team discussions to align objectives

• Research best practices and emerging trends in strategic planning

• Develop and manage comprehensive strategies and project plans

• Engage multi-disciplinary teams to drive collaboration across bureaus

• Prepare and deliver reports to executive audiences

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• Minimum five years in strategic planning or business consulting

• Proficiency in project management and risk mitigation

• Experience in developing environmental scans and facilitating workshops

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
