The HSE Advisor will report to the Senior Regional Director and work closely with operations personnel and Branch Managers. Candidates should possess a passion for safety, with essential skills including compliance monitoring, workplace investigations, and employee training. Your expertise will help maintain and enhance health and safety standards in a challenging industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct workplace investigations and compliance audits
• Monitor safety compliance using company databases
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and customers
• Train employees on best safety practices
• Facilitate safety culture changes within the organization
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in heavy construction and equipment
• OH&S Certificate or relevant safety designation
• Knowledge of provincial safety legislation
• Clean driver's license for company vehicle
• Strong communication and computer skills
