Compliance and Sustainability Manager Role

As part of the Quality department, you’ll manage Social Compliance with suppliers and navigate complex regulatory environments. This role emphasizes sustainability in product and packaging development, ensuring adherence to regulations across multiple markets. Your guidance will be crucial for internal teams and supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product compliance across key international markets

• Analyze and communicate regulatory updates effectively

• Translate legal requirements into actionable strategies

• Create and manage compliance policies and documentation

• Support sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of compliance experience in relevant sectors

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Familiarity with sustainability certifications and standards

• Proven audit experience with factories

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, willingness to travel
