As the Category Manager for Lighting Controls, you will own the category strategy and execute the financial roadmap for profitable growth. Collaborating closely with product teams, sales, and engineering, your mission is to position Stanpro’s innovative solutions effectively in a competitive landscape. You will analyze market trends, develop growth strategies, and guide product development to enhance portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define category strategy for Lighting Controls portfolio
• Oversee development of comprehensive portfolio roadmap
• Analyze market trends and guide investment decisions
• Lead product development initiatives and lifecycle management
• Define go-to-market strategies for new products
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
• Strong understanding of controls technologies
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
