In this vital role, you will evaluate cost models for both manufactured and outsourced products. Your experience in tooling and CAD software will help in conducting comprehensive cost analyses, managing RFQs, and collaborating with external partners. You will bring your skills to create conceptual layouts and tools while documenting key insights to enhance project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cost analysis of estimates versus actuals
• Develop Global Requests for Quotation for tooling
• Create tooling matrices for comprehensive price comparison
• Communicate the outcomes of problem-solving exercises
• Collaborate with customers to manage estimating projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years Tool Designer experience
• Proficient in CAD software and mold design
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure for timely results
