Bring your analytical experience to a role where you will conduct gap and impact analyses within digital insurance processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user journeys, acceptance criteria, and solution requirement packs. Your strategic insights will support backlog refinement and project planning, while your experience in Agile environments will ensure the team's success in delivering tested solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transform business needs into epics and user stories
• Analyze current and future state processes
• Develop customer and broker journey maps
• Liaise with development and QA teams
• Maintain documentation and facilitate decision-making
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar
• At least 3 years in Business Analysis roles
• Preferred certifications: CBAP or PMI-PBA
• Digital or insurance sector experience is a plus
• Technical familiarity with REST APIs and Agile practices
