Role ResponsibilitiesJoin a team that keeps people, vehicles, and workplaces moving. From managing ministry fleet operations and parking programs to supporting facility upgrades and innovative government-wide initiatives, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a visible impact across multiple ministries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate provincial fleet programs, including vehicle maintenance, compliance monitoring, driver safety initiatives, and ministry fleet support.
- Provide strategic advice and project management expertise to support fleet operations, policy development, and continuous service improvement.
- Manage accommodation, parking, and facility operations, including office relocations, space planning, building enhancement projects, and parking allocations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Alberta Infrastructure, and external partners to ensure effective facility management and operational continuity.
- Support financial planning activities by developing budgets, forecasts, cost estimates, business plans, and capital project submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and corporate partners while providing expert guidance on facilities, fleet, and administrative services.
