Position: Senior Health and Safety Advisor EPCOR
Drive safety initiatives as a Senior Health and Safety Advisor with EPCOR in Edmonton, AB. Lead operational risk management and develop health and safety programs to enhance compliance and performance.

EPCOR is seeking a full-time Senior Advisor within their Electricity Services Health, Safety & Environment team. This role requires expertise in H&S regulatory compliance, incident investigation, and program development across various operational units. Your strategic input will help strengthen safety practices, ensuring adherence to the highest safety standards and fostering a proactive health and safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as H&S Subject Matter Expert across operations

• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation

• Lead H&S program development and implementation

• Conduct hazard assessments and field compliance reviews

• Facilitate training and competency programs across units

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Occupational Health and Safety

• 5-8 years experience in H&S processes and programs

• Good standing with Canadian Registered Safety Professionals

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
